A Tremont Tour Guide.

Small town U.S.A. at its finest. We welcome you!

As we are a part of Tremont ourselves, one of our main dreams here at Louisa Jane is to continue to grow our small town in business, support, and awareness. This morning, we would like to take you along on some of our favorite hot spots!

Eli’s Coffee Shop

Located right on the main road at 105 West Pearl Street, this adorable coffee shop it our favorite, and we are NOT biased! The building itself has such charm and character, the baristas are the friendliest, and the coffee will keep you going ALL day, and let’s not forget the fact that it’s delicious. If you haven’t tried their Bohemian – made with caramel, chocolate, and hazelnut, you are simply missing out on one of life’s biggest delights.

Located right across from Louisa Jane’s studio, and right underneath our office, Perdue’s restaurant is the town’s favorite, and we agree! Open from 11:00 A.M. to at least 10:00 PM (Sundays) and after the rest of the week, their menu is diverse, but everything is delicious.

Jack’s Cafe

Jack’s is not only a favorite of Tremont, but also of ALL passerby’s that are traveling the highway! It’s right off the road, and truckers and travelers alike enjoy stopping in for a bite to eat. If you haven’t checked it out yet, be sure to!

The Share Closet

Located just down the street from Louisa Jane’s office – this clothing store is a MUST to stop in at. They have fantastic deals, and it’s DEFINITELY a community store!

Simply Sweet Cakes

THE CUTEST CAKES. Enough said. Whether you are wanting cupcakes for a birthday party, a baby shower, or a wedding, this cupcake shop is your go-to. Just stop in and try a bite!

We are curious, what are some of YOUR favorite parts of Tremont, IL? And do you have a similar dream of continuing to grow and upkeep our small town? With events like Summer On Sampson and more, we hope to continue to draw people to Tremont, so they can get a taste of just how special our town is.
